Eyebrows colour lasting a long time may not necessary be a good thing. Some are of the opinion that enduring colours means money saved from brow touch-ups or redesigning. So I believe most clients will wish for their semi-permanent eyebrows to last eight to ten years. However, we as professional artists, will be most concern with the changing skin condition through the years. Will our facial skin remain unchanged and taut for years? Will the eyebrow shape remain the same after a few years even with saggy skin on parts of our face? What about the eyebrows colour? Still the same shade after years of facial cleansing, toning, moisturisation, treatments? Do you recall seeing many friends, family members, relatives, strangers walking past or dining at the next table sporting faded or ‘converted’ colours on their eyebrows – possibly really fanciful hues from red, purple, orange, green, blue … will you like these colours on your brows?
